Seascape Photography Shipwreck

Seascape Photography Shipwreck - I venture out on to one of the largest tidal beaches in the world at low tide to explore and photograph some of the most fascinating coastal features in the south west of England.

I decided to visit Berrow and Burnham on Sea after asking my followers on Instagram where I should go next, and I'm glad that the coast got the vote. Even though the day was dull and grey, I tried to use this to my advantage in telling the story about the stricken SS Nornen.

The coast is far from my comfort zone when it comes to photography, and I haven't worked out how to avoid getting covered in sand for a start! But I enjoy it because it is something new and gives me an opportunity learn new things, and that is something I thrive on.
